My breakfast always changes up, sometimes like to have smoothies, sometimes like to have fruit salad.
But, today decided to have cucumber, tomato, and egg moon salad, so, all to do is just chop up the cucumber in little circles, and then chop up the tomato in mini slices, and then with the egg. That already pre-boiled, it just makes it so much easier, when you are in a rush in the morning, and it just saves you about 20 minutes from boiling fresh eggs.
Then, you have also to chop up the eggs, love this as the breakfast because it just keeps me full for so long and it is such a satisfying breakfast, it is something that just tastes good but also keeps you going throughout your morning.
And Then, you have to arrange it on a plate and look pretty even though it, is probably going to get demolished in the 0.2 seconds. However, to garnish it to make it taste even YAM YAM. Add some black pepper the cracked black pepper, and add chili flakes.
Chili flakes, just keep your metabolism going, and it just adds a bit of kick, and a bit of spice, so, I love having this for breakfast.

In addition, for lunch, I had a tuna salad usually, with my lunch it is always at work or university, because, we have always to do something with our life. Therefore, decided to show you how to pack a tuna salad.
Just got lettuce leaves and chopped them up, so we do not get big chunks in our salad, then put the salad leaves in a disposable container, which makes it so much easier, especially, when you are dealing with oil from the tuna, and the tuna to use is the John West, a tuna in olive oil.
Sometimes get the one in with chili and then the one with lemon and herb, but today I decided first to go with the original and then I added the John West tuna on top of the lettuce leaves.
I then seasoned the salad with the black pepper and chili flakes as well, then I like to take a wedge of either lemon or lime, and put that in my container so we can sprinkle it on the salad when we eat it fresh, to have a nice easy packed lunch.

For dinner, I just had a leftover chicken that was from the night before, all to do for the chicken is marinate it with salt, pepper and chili flakes. Usually, have it with veggies or make a salad. However, today was having it with hot sauce, that was basically my dinner, so, didn’t feel like having any veggies or salad I just had just plain chicken with sauce.

When I feel like a snack or want to nibble on something, this is what I usually have, a banana and two dates, but usually have days off Snacks and throughout the day, I have the water, of course, this water is infused with orange. It just adds taste to the water instead of it being bland.
